Dishonored Synopsis

You are the once-trusted bodyguard of the Empress. Framed for her murder and driven by revenge, you must become an infamous assassin, known only by the disturbing mask that has become your calling card.
As you navigate a world torn apart by plague and oppressed by a government armed with strange new technologies the truth behind your betrayal will be revealed to be as murky as the waters surrounding the city.

The choices you make will determine the fate of the world, but no matter what happens your old life is gone forever.

Dishonored Review

CHEATfactor Game Review

Presentation:
Dishonored takes place in a fantastically creative steampunk inspired world that the developers have obviously put time into creating. It's believable, creative and most notably -- gorgeous.
Gameplay:
Players are encouraged to find their own routes and complete missions in their own way. Throw in the chaos system that makes every action you take have a consequence and Dishonored is truly a must play experience.
Lasting Appeal:
Dishonored is filled with side-quests and more importantly open-ended sections where you'll find yourself wondering what would have been if you would have taken the alternate route.
Overall:
There's no way around it -- with its impressively creative world, open-ended gameplay and precise mechanics, Dishonored is one of the best games of the year. It may not be a masterpiece, but Dishonored is pretty damn close.
